江舟峰博士食安團隊榮獲科技部未來科技突破獎

恭賀由江舟峰博士帶領跨領域研究團隊,獲得2018年未來科技突破獎。獲獎項目為採用高效液相層析(HPLC)和QuEChERS方法,檢測食品中的多環芳香族碳氫化合物(PAHs),能在18分鐘內檢測完畢,為目前所知全世界最快速的測定法。該團隊也進行6類不同基質之確效,無論是LOD、LOQ及回收率測試結果,皆優於食藥署及歐盟規範。可作為產業界及衛生單位之食品PAHs監測技術,提升食品中PAHs風險評估的正確性。本技術已有多篇發表於國際期刊,歡迎各界洽詢索取論文。
